Delivery Times
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery estimates are based on your location and the supplier’s fulfillment location:
- United Kingdom: Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days
- Europe & International: Estimated delivery is 6–20 working days
Most orders arrive within 7-9 days, but please allow additional time during peak periods or due to unexpected delays in customs, logistics, or local carrier networks.
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, and selected international countries. If your location is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all products. There are no additional delivery fees charged at checkout. However, international orders may be subject to local customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted production and shipping partners, with global fulfillment centers located closer to the destination country to speed up delivery and reduce waste. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery’s progress in real-time.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Global supply chain issues and transport disruptions may occasionally affect delivery time-frames.
